PTA

Welcome

... to the St Cuthbert's School Association (aka the PTA) page, a charitable organisation made up of parents, guardians and teachers seeking to foster relationships in the school community and raise money for the school.

Anyone who has a child at St Cuthbert's is automatically a member of the Association. If you would like more information on becoming more involved or have any ideas please contact us.

We are excited to announce that we are planning to help the school re-develop the EYFS playground, and we need your help to make it a reality! It is one of the main focal points for new parents & carers when visiting our school and deciding on the best educational environment for their children.

We believe that together, we can create a vibrant and inclusive playground that will benefit children for years to come, as well as bringing many more children into our wonderful school, which in turn leads to government funding that the whole school benefits from.
Your involvement and support are crucial to the success of this project.

Love & best wishes,

Christina, Victoria & all of the St Cuthbert’s School Association Team

Why support the PTA?

  • Throughout 2022-2023 we were able to provide the school with banners, backdrop screens for school performances, 15 laptops and laptop trolley for storage, some workshops, and lots and lots of books among other items.
  • The £9,000 Cuddy Duck Library, as named by the children, was opened on World Book Day. We were proud to be able to donate the funds for this integral facility for our children.
  • We are currently raising funds to buy a further 15 laptops and are looking to assist with the EYFS playground project.
  • BUT…it is not all about raising money!! We feel strongly that promoting and encouraging community spirit to be inclusive and accessible to all will have a positive impact on our children, the teachers and staff, us and the Parish.
