Determined admissions arrangements must be displayed on a school's website for the whole offer year (the school year in which offers for places are made).
Therefore, please be sure to refer to the correct Admissions Policy and Supplementary Information Form below.
When applying to St Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School in the normal admissions round, please remember that you need to complete and return the following TWO forms:
1. the application form of the relevant local authority; and
2. the Supplementary Information Form of St Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School, which can be found below. Please ensure you select the correct form, for the correct admissions year.
