Converting analogue to digital

Using 3D shapes to create a Roman Town

The children used nets, as well as making their own, to create 3D shapes. They named the properties of these shapes as well as calling them by their correct mathematical name. The children then looked at a traditional Roman town to see which 3D shapes they would need to create the buildings. This is the final outcome.
