In order to apply for a Reception place for September 2026, parents must complete the
Surrey on-line Application Form (Common Application Form (CAF)) by 15th January 2026.

The School's Supplementary Information Form (SIF) 2026-27 (which is available below) must also be completed and returned to the school by 15th January 2026. Please do check the Parish newsletter for SIF signing dates.
