Mrs Gillin is looking forward to welcoming our families on Saturday 18th September from 10:00am to 12:00pm

The main aim of the morning is to take you on a tour of the school so that Mrs Gillin can explain to you all the different projects that the school would like support with.

The PTA is supporting this event in order to welcome families back from the summer break, to have a look around the school and to encourage you to volunteer (at a later date) on site either during the school day or at the weekend. Dates and times to be agreed upon.

At present the PTA has not agreed to fund any projects, other than improvements to the Prayer Garden.

After the tours there will be tea, coffee and biscuits in the staffroom so that we can all have a catch up and discuss ideas.

Children, including siblings, are welcome too. Children aged 4 and above will be given access to the infant (Bagshot Road) playground and a classroom, and will be supervised by parent volunteers. There will be various activities in the classroom to occupy your child.

We are looking forward to seeing many of our families next Saturday.

If you can attend please email pta@stcuthberts.surrey.sch.uk and let us know roughly what time you are able to arrive and how many are coming. This is not essential at all, but would be helpful.

Many thanks!
